Our company objective has been to provide our clients with a quality product, professional service, and state-of-the-art adjustment practices. We represent our customers' interests in a confidential, professional manner, understanding that our actions are a reflection on our client's organization.
Our goal is to provide a product that is organized, clear, concise, and presented in a timely manner — giving our customers what they want, when they want it, and how they want it. We believe this is achieved through the size of our company: large enough to service all of our clients' requests, yet not so large that we cannot adapt to a company's specific needs.
McKenzie/Mosley Adjustment Services, LLC is a member of the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters (NAIIA), and we have eight licensed adjusters as well as an administrative professional. Our associates have chosen to work with us because of our philosophy, which revolves around our company's integrity and quality.
Our adjusters are well-trained professionals bringing years of experience and knowledge to our company. All of our adjusters hold valid State of Maine Adjuster's Property and Casualty licenses, and many hold professional certifications including AIC, CPCU, CMIA, SCLA, CPUA, and IICRC, while remaining actively involved in ongoing industry training. We also maintain an ongoing training program for new adjusters that incorporates in-house training and various insurance-industry programs.
Roger holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Husson College and an A.S. in Business Management from the University of Maine at Orono. He has been in the insurance industry since 1989, working for a national independent adjustment company and a major property & casualty insurance company before co-founding McKenzie/Mosley Adjustment Services in 1996.
Andy joined McKenzie/Mosley in February 2009 and became a partner in 2020. With a strong background in the construction trades, Andy specializes in property claims of all sizes as well as contractor liability claims. Both partners participate in a wide variety of schooling and training throughout their careers.
B.S. in Accounting (Husson College), with the AIC, SCLA, and Certified Master Inter-Company Arbitrator designations. In the insurance industry since 1970.
B.S. in Criminal Justice (Bryant College). In the insurance industry since 1988, with prior experience at a national independent adjustment company and a major carrier.
In insurance since 1989. Multi-line adjuster specializing in large property losses. Holds the AIC and CPCU designations.
B.S. in Business Management (Husson College), retired Maintenance Operations Flight Commander (Maine Air National Guard). Joined 2013; 19+ years in property claims, heavy equipment, and RVs.
B.A. in Social Work (USM). Handling claims since 2001, with IICRC certifications. P&C licenses in six states plus the AIC designation.
Construction Management degree (Eastern Maine CC). With McKenzie/Mosley since 2015; a State of Maine licensed multi-line adjuster with strong building-trades knowledge.
Joined November 2021. Receives and processes all new assignments and works closely with our adjusters to support the claims handling process.
